Entry of the CAMPFIRE AG into the Trade Register at Rostock High Court, 27. June 2025

Comple­tion of the forma­tion audit and appli­ca­tion for entry in the trade register at Rostock High Court — an important mile­stone for CAMPFIRE AG has been reached. The board members Jens Wart­mann and Dr. Angela Kruth would like to thank the super­vi­sory board Gunnar Flem­ming, Mike Hall­mann and Dr. Matthias Boltze as well as the other share­hol­ders for their excel­lent coope­ra­tion during the foun­da­tion process. We look forward to the next steps in buil­ding up the company for the indus­trial focus in the imple­men­ta­tion of the CAMPIRE vision “Wind and water to ammonia — fuel and energy storage for an emis­sion-free future” in the North-East region, Germany and Europe.
