A great project meeting at Fraunhofer IKTS in Hermsdorf of some members of the HiPowAR team, discussing the final reactor concept and timeline until implementation of the containerised reactor module in spring 2025. HiPowAR under the umbrella of the CAMPFIRE alliance is funded by Horizon 2020 FET Proactive — part of the Enhanced European Innovation Council (EIC) Pilot. The partners Fraunhofer IKTS , Zentrum für BrennstoffzellenTechnik (ZBT), Politecnico di Milano, Ranotor, Maston Group and Leibniz Institute for Plasma Science and Technology (INP Greifswald) e.V. are developing a novel ceramic membrane-based technology for ammonia combustion by total oxidation.
