In a first face-to-face event in 2022 at the Estrel Berlin, the CAMPFIRE Advisory Board and representatives of the Project Management Jülich met with members of the Strategy Team. The exchange focused on the increasing entrepreneurial focus of the Alliance in the second phase of implementation with cornerstones CAMPFIRE Open Innovation Labs in Poppendorf and our founding activities to make the CAMPFIRE Alliance more permanent. New approaches to further develop our outreach activities were discussed. Three project teams presented our advanced development approaches in the context of the strategic goals of the product lines in the form of project outlines CF04_2 Short stack for solid-state ammonia synthesis, CF06_6 Hybrid reactor for micro-Haber-Bosch plant, and CF11_3 Liability issues for ammonia at sea. The strategy team and project teams would like to thank the Advisory Board for their very valuable input and important discussion points.
